The Extended Training Program is a four week program that consists of on and off ice training that will take your game to the next level. Each week, participants will train two hours on ice and two hours off ice in groups dedicated and determined to take their game to the next level. Every week will build on the week before in order to reach the goal of being faster and stronger on the ice. Training for next season starts now!
How It Works:
There are two different groups (maximum 10 participants per group) that are available. The groups are divided into boys (ages 12-18) and girls (ages 12-18). Both the Boys and girls groups will train (Girls on one half of the ice and Boys on the other) from 7:30-8:30 am Tuesday and Thursday those four weeks. The Girls group will train off ice from 7:30-8:30 am Monday and Wednesday those four weeks. The Boys will train off ice 9-10 am Monday and Wednesday those four weeks.
Full Month Training - $550 for the whole four weeks of training. That includes eight hours of on ice training and eight hours of off ice training for the month.
Partial Participation - $90 for one on and one off ice session. Participants must commit to at least one on and one off ice training session at any point during the available dates.
The purpose of this camp is for more individualized extended training.
