Camp Sign Up
To reserve your spot in our upcoming camps, please fill out our online sign-up form/liability waiver and mail your deposit check as described below.
$100 non-refundable deposit (per participant) is required to reserve placement in any camp. Full payment is also accepted. Checks can be made out to Elite Hockey Training. Please mail to PO Box 775325 Steamboat Springs, CO 80477.
